About The Position
The Finance Manager is responsible for helping customers arrange financing for their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. This role requires proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability, understanding title laws and registration processes, and maintaining required certifications. The Finance Manager accurately desks deals, submits them to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals, ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines. Additionally, they prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals, and accurately audit team deals post-sale to ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Professional personal appearance

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Willing to submit to a background check
- Successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records and verification of social security number
