About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to add real value to an organization that is on a transformation journey. We require someone who is willing to lead varying transformation projects whilst also ensuring the monthly/quarterly reporting requirements are met and also act as a key support for the finance team on ad hoc queries. Compilation of the monthly reporting for Strada Group to owner HIG. Including leading the co-ordination across several finance business partners to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist leadership in critical business decision support through ad-hoc analysis, using data to provide meaningful insight. Corporate reporting responsibilities including ownership of reporting to the bank lenders on a monthly basis. WD/Adaptive systems support. Lead finance contact for system support, including fielding daily queries from wider finance FP&A team. Seek out and implement continuous process improvements for the finance function. Lead on varying ad hoc projects to improve the quality of data in Adaptive. For example, lead on the integration of salesforce data to improve the accuracy of the financial forecast. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, DOA, etc.

Requirements

  • Logical thinker who is proactive to resolve queries on their own and solve problems.
  • Willingness to experiment with AI tools to bring process efficiency.
  • Strong accounting foundation with understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, accruals and project accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and projection models.
  • Ability to build and maintain complex models for reporting, forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Strong command of Excel.
  • Prior experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
