Ensuring good and quick money flow for the dealership by way of extreme ownership of CIT (Contracts in Transit). Good Time Management for both customers and fellow employee's F&I needs. Becoming a Team player to Management staff when needed. CSI (Customer Service Index) Excellence.
Requirements
- Previous high volume automotive dealership experience- 60-120 units per F&I manager.
- Proven track record of high performance, achieving industry-leading benchmarks.
- Ability to deliver CSI (Customer Service Index) Excellence
- Great work ethic and exceptional attendance record
