Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Significant experience in finance and accounting roles with progressive leadership responsibility.
Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and working capital management.
Solid knowledge of US accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

CPA or equivalent qualification is considered a strong plus.
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or similarly complex service environments is highly preferred.
Experience working in international organizations and coordinating with HQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the US Finance & Accounting function, ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with Group policies.
Oversee accounting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and statutory and management reporting.
Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
Oversee accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and accounts payable processes.
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and support system improvements.
Act as the main point of contact for Corporate Finance, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial stakeholders.
Lead and develop the Accounting team, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional departments.
