About The Position

The Finance Manager - Consumer Solutions Business Unit Finance is an experienced individual responsible for leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities in support of key business objectives for the Consumer business. This role exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and influences decision-making through data-driven insights and strong business partnership. The role is expected to independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders. This position will have no people management responsibility and is expected to provide functional leadership, and guidance to cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of product COGS, Inventory Management, product cost savings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex deliverables and multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior and executive-level audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Track record of process improvement, control enhancement, and analytical rigor.
• High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate at a strategic level.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting Business Unit/Supply Chain Operations.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential.
• Experience in revenue, pricing, margin, or go-to-market focused organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar platforms).
• Background in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industries.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance team members.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and financial compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
