About The Position

Serve as a strategic finance partner to Plant Leadership, providing clear financial guidance, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support operational and investment decisions. Lead detailed cost, margin, and performance analysis across labor, overhead, and manufacturing drivers, translating results into actionable insights. Develop and communicate forward‑looking financial outlooks, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and sensitivities tied to operational performance. Drive cost‑out and margin improvement initiatives in partnership with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders, and track performance against financial commitments. Oversee preparation and delivery of the monthly Operations Package, leading financial discussions and influencing decision‑making. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize financial reporting and processes. Provide functional leadership by coaching and mentoring analysts, ensuring analytical rigor, consistency, and strong business acumen. Act as a steward of strong financial controls, governance, and compliance at the plant level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred.
