About The Position

The Finance Manager is responsible for helping customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. This role requires proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability, maintaining knowledge of title laws and the registration process, and ensuring all deals are compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines. The Finance Manager will accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. Additionally, they will prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals, as well as accurately audit team deals post-sale to ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.
Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
