About The Position

Beckley Chevrolet is growing and seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join its leadership team. Under new management, the dealership is focusing on customer experience, process, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be an experienced automotive Finance & Insurance professional capable of maximizing product penetration, ensuring compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a proven producer with a track record of strong performance, high CSI, and ethical selling practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
• Strong understanding of lender programs and automotive regulations
• Proven track record of finance product penetration and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar dealership software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products to customers
• Secure financing through lender relationships
• Structure deals and maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain lender and manufacturer compliance standards
• Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and customer satisfaction
• Monitor CIT and funding processes
• Train and mentor sales staff on finance product presentation and menu selling
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
