We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our commercial finance team and play a key role in driving revenue and margin financial planning and analysis. Reporting into the Senior Director, Commercial Finance, the Finance Manager will play a key role in a dynamic and committed team where everyone’s contribution has a direct impact on the success of LHG.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, including experience with business partnering and financial modelling
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • A hands-on individual, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented or acquisition-driven environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data manipulation.
  • SQL knowledge will be helpful.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sage, Vena, and Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the clinic program organization.
  • Partner with VPs and senior leadership across clinics and program operations.
  • Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, clearly identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with data analytics and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
  • Drive process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and financial governance.
  • Coordinate with business teams to ensure initiatives are tracked and accurately incorporated into plans and forecasts.
  • Build P&Ls and finance processes for newly formed programs and initiatives.
