About The Position

The Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. This role is responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, it provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develops analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies. The Finance Manager may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include the development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5 years of Finance experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire.
  • Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification upon hire.
  • Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Support local ministry/entity leadership teams.
