The Finance Manager & Administrator generates additional revenue for the dealership by offering finance products and other appropriate after-sale products to new and used vehicle customers. Automotive sales experience is preferred, along with a strong interest in learning dealership finance and administration. At Mossy Auto Group our employees are our most valuable asset. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $80,000 to $160,000 with the potential to increase based on store growth and volume.
