The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as a Finance leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the CFO and company Finance Leadership Team. FLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of Finance while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization. Rotations will include the following functional areas / business operations: Corporate, Commercial, and Operations Finance, Finance Data & Analytics, Finance Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, Internal Audit, Strategic Pricing.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.
  • 1+ years of Finance-related experience preferred (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.).
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop as a future Finance leader.
  • Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to interact with and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
  • Not eligible for F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience.

Responsibilities
