About The Position

The Finance Leader serves as a strategic business partner to Facility Managers and Commercial Leaders, providing financial leadership and analytical support to drive strong operational and financial performance. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role leads financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance reporting for a facility or group of facilities. The Finance Leader works closely with the Shared Service Center (Centralized Accounting) to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and translate results into actionable business insights
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in a dynamic, operational environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team‑oriented culture
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
  • Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel or financial reporting tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to support facilities, leadership meetings, and business initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted financial business partner to facility and commercial leadership to support operational and strategic objectives
  • Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial plans
  • Analyze financial and operational performance by comparing actual results to plans and forecasts; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop, monitor, and report key financial and operational KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Drive financial acumen across facility leadership teams through clear communication and education
  • Perform detailed analysis of revenues, expenses, profitability, production metrics, and capital expenditures
  • Maintain and update long‑term financial models; perform trend, variance, and scenario analyses
  • Identify financial risks, cost‑saving opportunities, and improvement initiatives; support continuous improvement efforts
  • Support month‑end close activities by compiling and analyzing financial data and coordinating with the Shared Service Center to validate journal entries
  • Prepare clear quantitative and qualitative variance explanations, including accounting treatment considerations and risk assessments
  • Review and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned
