About The Position

We are hiring a Finance Lead to own financial reporting, forecasting, and executive narrative for Acrobat's top-of-funnel performance. As Acrobat scales across platforms and revenue models, Monthly Active Users have become a vital leading metric linking user acquisition to conversion and revenue. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role leads the recurring Outlook process for top-of-funnel performance and investigates the user journey — who enters, through which platform, and how that engagement converts to paid. You will partner closely with Product, Go to Market, and Sales Finance to build a unified, defensible view of the funnel, deepening the organization's understanding of top-of-funnel growth quality and forecast accuracy to deliver clear insights for senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Positive demeanor, collaborative, and comfort in a heavily matrixed environment that changes as the business evolves
  • Solid hands-on experience with Financial Modeling / Forecasting
  • Trend & Variance Analysis
  • Strong analytical, and outstanding interpersonal skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications/business impact
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive to results, while remaining team oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with subscription or SaaS growth metrics (e.g., MAU or equivalent experience, conversion funnels) strongly preferred
  • Background in data science or data analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, statistical modeling) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of the top-of-funnel user journey for Acrobat — acquisition sources, surface mix, and early engagement patterns — and link these dynamics to downstream monetization and retention
  • Drive deep business performance analytics and surface relevant insights, while providing financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations to drive the business forward
  • Influence and align with cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term financial planning for the product offering
  • Own the quarterly Outlook (OL) process end-to-end — pressure-testing OL slides, balancing actuals against forecast, and ensuring the narrative holds up under executive scrutiny ahead of each review

  • Adobe life, including our values and culture
  • focus on people, purpose and community
  • Adobe for All
  • comprehensive benefits programs
  • the stories we tell
  • the customers we serve
  • how you can help us advance our mission of empowering everyone to create
