About The Position

Turing is seeking experienced finance professionals to work on projects that evaluate and improve AI systems using expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and portfolio management. The work involves creating and assessing financial-analysis scenarios and solutions so AI can better support financial research, forecasting, and decision-making. No prior AI experience is required.

This is a freelance contractor assignment with projects lasting approximately one month, with the possibility of extension. Work is fully remote, and compensation varies by project. The role may potentially be full-time. Candidates must not provide confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client information, or information restricted by NDAs or other confidentiality obligations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, or in a related finance role.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts and models clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world financial analysis and investment modeling scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured, step-by-step financial solutions covering valuation, portfolio performance, and market risk analysis.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, analytical depth, and professional reasoning.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to help models better understand financial forecasting, asset valuation, and investment principles.
