About The Position

The Truist Finance Internship equips participants with the tools and expertise to thrive in diverse financial roles and contribute to Truist’s strategic financial success. Through rotational experiences, participants gain exposure to a wide range of financial disciplines and build a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills. During the internship, participants may: Rotate through teams such as Corporate Finance & Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Accounting. Learn and apply financial concepts in real-world settings, including financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning. Contribute to internal and external financial reporting and analysis of key financial statements. Engage in meaningful touchpoints with peers and leaders across the enterprise to foster collaboration and holistic thinking.

Requirements

Working towards the completion of a BA/BS or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
Business-related degree or coursework preferred.
Demonstrated strong academic performance
Scheduled graduation of your final degree by December 2027 – June 2029
Demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement or work experience
Demonstrated strong initiative, adaptability/flexibility, and growth mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a professional team environment
Demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Interested in learning more about a career in financial services
