About The Position

ParetoHealth is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join its Finance team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be a rising junior or rising senior attending an accredited college or university.
• Able to work in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office from June through August.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to clearly communicate findings and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost management and efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct research and contribute to financial modeling projects supporting strategic planning.
• Assist in maintaining financial systems and tools, ensuring accurate data input and reporting.
