About The Position

Fox Pest Control is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-office Finance intern to support our finance and accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations within a service based business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong Communication and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience with accounting Software preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Help track expenses, invoices, and payments
• Assist with basic financial reporting and analysis as needed
• Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
