About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented intern to join our finance team in the Pricing capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing various efforts for both Government and Commercial customers. This role encompasses all aspects of pricing, including pricing proposal inputs utilizing pricing software, creating of both cost and price volumes, supporting internal reviews, ensuring compliance to both company policies and Government requirements, and participating in customer proposal audits. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Adobe Pro, Nitro PDF Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Excel using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and SUM/IF formulas

Responsibilities

• Responding to all assigned requests for proposal (RFP)
• Reviewing and analyzing RFP to develop compliant proposals, pricing data, and supporting both internal and external reviews
• Performing well in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
• Ensuring the use of current published pricing rates, estimating factors, and cost buildup algorithms
• Working collaboratively with peers, management, proposal teams and customer
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy and supporting maintaining a DFARS adequate estimating system
• Ensuring final submissions are compliant with respect to company policies, customer requests, and U. S. Government regulations when applicable
