About The Position

This internship position is designed to support cash management and banking portal administration. The intern will utilize Excel for data organization and review, collaborate with the Accounting department for month-end processes, and assist in maintaining treasury procedures. The role also involves contributing to special projects and process improvement initiatives, along with other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Senior college students preferred, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension).
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have completed college level courses in Excel and be comfortable using it.
• Must be self-driven, eager to learn, and have good initiative, taking charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management and banking portal administration.
• Use Excel to organize, maintain, and review financial data.
• Work with Accounting to gather information and assist with month-end processes.
• Help maintain and update treasury procedures.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
