Requirements
- Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including excel formulas
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Primary data entry for Company Manufacturing Reporting and other financial data.
- Report on daily manufacturing Key Performance Indicators for the plant management team.
- Prepare consolidated production reports and distribute daily.
- Provide support to operations relating to financial management and spending controls.
- Prepare Journal Entries for Raw materials, energy usage, and other operations costs
- Prepare month end closing financial statements.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly administration.
- Responsible for review and coding of purchase transactions
- Other Projects as assigned.
- Administer corporate accounting and financial policies.
