About The Position

This internship position will provide hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions. The intern will support cash management, banking portal administration, and financial data organization using Excel. They will also assist with month-end closing processes, maintain treasury procedures, and contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Completed college-level courses in Excel and be comfortable using it.
• Must be self-driven, eager to learn, and have good initiative, taking charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension).
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Senior college students preferred, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management and banking portal administration.
• Organize, maintain, and review financial data using Excel.
• Gather information and assist with month-end processes in collaboration with Accounting.
• Help maintain and update treasury procedures.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
