About The Position

The Finance Intern assists the finance and sales teams by ensuring accurate documentation, managing funding packets, processing deals, and ensuring compliance. This role demands strong attention to detail, quick data entry, and clear communication with customers, lenders, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a dealership or finance office setting preferred
• Familiarity with finance platforms like DealerTrack or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and process deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and send funding packets to lenders and follow up on pending items
• Chase stipulations (stips) and clear contracts in transit
• Maintain accurate digital and physical files
• Assist in preparing daily bank deposits and processing payments
• Communicate with sales and finance managers to track deals from start to delivery
• Use tools such as DealerTrack, eContracting, and CRM systems for documentation
• Double-check compliance on all deals before final submission
