Requirements

Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
An ability to grasp the 'big picture' while diligently managing process details.

Responsibilities

Support diverse Finance projects, from treasury improvements to operational efficiency initiatives.
Analyze key financial data and metrics to monitor the health and performance of our processes.
Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly management accounts and KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure data quality and consistency.
Contribute to exciting Finance transformation projects, enhancing processes, governance, and documentation.
Assist senior accountants with essential financial close activities, including data gathering and reconciliation.
Review and propose improvements for financial paperwork, procedures, and reporting systems.
