About The Position

Aptiv’s Finance Internship Program is designed to develop the company’s next generation of leaders. The program offers roles across Aptiv’s operations and meaningful interaction with senior leadership inside and outside of finance. Interns gain broad experience across finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax/Government Affairs, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit, and Investor Relations. The program includes participation in a program led by Senior Finance Executives, interaction with Finance Executives, and involvement in complex projects.

Requirements

• Finance or Accounting majors preferred, with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Practical internship experience in finance or accounting.
• Leadership capability; campus or other organization leadership experience is ideal.

Responsibilities
