About The Position
The Finance Intern supports Tomorrow RNG’s Finance and Administration team by entering data, maintaining financial records, assisting with routine administrative tasks, and helping build and manage internal databases. The position provides hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting processes, and operational support in a fast-paced environment. The internship is paid, part-time, and in person in McKinney, Texas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with databases or financial systems.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who is excited to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter financial data into the company’s finance and accounting systems accurately and promptly.
- Organize, file, and maintain administrative and financial documentation.
- Support the creation, updating, and management of internal databases used for financial tracking and reporting.
- Perform basic reconciliations, data checks, and quality reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Help prepare routine reports and summaries for the Finance team.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document formatting, and record maintenance.
