About The Position

Penguin Random House is seeking an Intern to join their Global Finance and Strategy teams. This is a remote, paid internship opportunity focused on the Finance department. The Finance team is involved in all aspects of the company's financial impact, including sales forecasting, cost of goods, production, inventory, and title/imprint/division balance sheets. They liaise with all other departments on corporate perspective, policies, and systems. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with the CEO of Penguin Random House on strategic and operational topics. The ideal candidate will have an interest in corporate finance, strategy, or analytical roles.

Requirements

• Must be ready to work full-time on or before June 2028
• Able to work 28 hours/week throughout the program
• Available and commit to the program working June 7th, 2027 – August 12th, 2027
• Must reside in the U.S. for the duration of the internship program
• Must be over the age of 18
• Strong organization, communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PowerBI

• Expected bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred
