About The Position
Our interns are a key talent pipeline for full-time employment opportunities after graduation at our many locations. We are looking for a motivated finance intern to join our global Professional Tools finance team. The intern will work closely with the Director FP&A and global Professional Tools finance team to assist with financial analysis, long term planning and performance reporting to help drive data-based decision making across the organization.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in finance or related field from an accredited college or university
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity, with a clear passion for finance and readiness to learn from real-world work
Nice To Haves
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance or Accounting
- 2.75 cumulative GPA or higher
- Previous co-op/intern experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting including P&L, variance analysis and other dashboards
- Assist in long term financial planning Profit Plan by gathering inputs, validating assumptions and updating financial models
- Support cross-departmental initiatives (pricing actions, cost-savings programs, headcount plans, etc.)
- Assist with other projects as assigned
