About The Position

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 25 - August 13 Session 2: June 14 - September 3 The Finance Internship at Axos offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting within a technology-driven environment. Interns will learn how modern banking leverages data and automation to manage financial operations and support strategic decisions. This role is ideal for students interested in fintech, corporate finance, and digital banking innovation.

Requirements

• Students interested in fintech, corporate finance, and digital banking innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, and financial projection reports.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership using digital tools.
• Support the development of financial models for revenue projections and expense management.
• Help update and maintain forecasting tools used in a fast-paced online banking environment.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate financial data into decision-making processes.
