About The Position
Basecamp Powersports Gallatin is seeking a high-energy Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join their team in Bozeman, MT. This role is crucial in the sales process, focusing on securing financing and providing customers with service and insurance products. Requirements
- 1-2 years of F&I experience in the powersports or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency with dealership management software (Lightspeed proficiency a plus).
- A friendly, customer-first mentality.
- A passion for the Montana lifestyle.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Riding experience or a motorcycle endorsement is a significant asset.
Responsibilities
- Structure and process loan applications through a network of lenders to provide affordable payment options for Polaris, Yamaha, and Beta vehicles.
- Educate customers on essential aftermarket products, including extended service contracts, GAP insurance, and maintenance plans.
- Manage all dealership paperwork, ensuring 100% adherence to state and federal regulations, including Truth in Lending and privacy laws.
- Partner with Sales Outfitters to provide a seamless transition from the showroom floor to the final delivery.
