About The Position

As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to enhance the structure of their finance functions, optimizing their contribution to the business. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will address challenges in achieving contemporary operating models, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation to elevate functional excellence. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. By analyzing complex ideas and building meaningful recommendations, you will simplify messages and create positive outcomes for all parties involved. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
