Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategies.
Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
Establish and enforce robust financial controls and procedures.
Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed.
