About The Position

The Finance Director responsibilities include financial leadership across our Global Payroll business. Scope of responsibility spanned both corporate and divisional levels with a high level of interaction and reporting to Senior Leadership. Generation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting in accordance with the business segment and client contractual deliverables Direct interaction with segment leadership for the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve annual targets Drive customer profitability improvement plans Provide monthly financial reviews and analysis to impact monthly forecasts of FTE/costs Serve as a member of the governance committee attending client/vendor meetings and working directly with business counterparts on all financial aspects of client/vendor management Serve as a member of the segment leadership team providing management input on all aspects of practice—HR, resource management, business delivery, customer service, IT, payroll Seek out and implement continuous process improvements for the segment Assist leadership in critical business decision support through ad-hoc analysis, new business opportunities and financial modeling of new client service offerings, contract renewals and ongoing processes Responsible for management and development of finance staff Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, DOA.

Requirements
