Requirements

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Typically 12+ years of experience in a finance function or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business.
Typically 4+ years of people management experience.
Superior ability to provide finance consultation to senior managers within area of expertise.
Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across geographies.
Ability to build partnerships across functions.
Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
Lead the delivery of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting across multiple business functions.
Oversee enterprise reporting systems supporting financial, operational, and strategic business processes.
Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards, policies, and operating models.
Ensure consistent KPI definitions and metric alignment across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Services organizations.
Lead metadata governance and data quality initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on business metrics and reporting standards.
Lead modernization initiatives involving Azure, Databricks, Power BI, AI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps for legacy reporting platform migrations.
Partner with enterprise architecture and engineering teams to define scalable data platform strategies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
Direct solutions supporting: Orders and shipments reporting, Billing and revenue analytics, General Ledger reporting, P&L and balance sheet reporting, Procurement and spend analytics, Workforce and headcount reporting, Financial planning and forecasting.
Ensure reporting integrity, auditability, and compliance with financial policies.
Serve as the primary analytics advisor to senior business and finance leaders.
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions.
Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
Build strong partnerships across global business organizations.
Lead and develop high-performing global analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery.
Establish performance objectives, development plans, and succession strategies.
Drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams and business functions.
