About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Finance Data Architect/Data Modeler with extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial data concepts and systems, coupled with advanced technical skills in SQL and relational databases. This role involves collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, Architecture, and Engineering teams to design and implement robust data solutions that support financial reporting and business intelligence.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Enterprise Data, Data Engineering Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional data-modeling skills.
• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Hands-on understanding of GL, Chart of Accounts, AP/AR, subledger, journals, payments, reconciliation, accruals, and period close.
• Experience with ERP/financial-system integration and enterprise data warehouses, data marts, or cloud data platforms.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping, canonical models, metadata, lineage, data quality, and governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Finance, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
