Requirements

Experience working with databases (i.e., E-Automate, IMS, Oracle, DocuWare).
Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; can communicate effectively on the phone and e-mails.
Must have Analytical skills
Must be trustworthy to handle sensitive commission information.
Can work effectively with others, customer service and team player mentality.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner; able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree is preferred.
Excel is preferred.
Industry experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and process monthly sales commissions for the various sales teams in the company.
Maintain thorough records through data entry and ERP software (e-Automate, IMS).
Manage and update Excel spreadsheets to manage lease returns and storage inventory.
Create and administer billing documents for leasing departments.
Work closely with cross-functional departments such as sales, leasing, contracts, and order processing on various tasks.
Assist Finance & Commission team with any issues or projects that arise.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned.
