About The Position

The Finance Co-op will support the commercial and finance teams with day-to-day financial operations for the multi-billion-dollar PACT program. This role provides hands-on experience with cost tracking, accounts payable, reporting, and financial administration in a large-scale joint venture environment. This is a 12-16 month co-op student opportunity starting in September 2026.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new financial software or ERP systems.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced project team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance team in processing invoices, accounts payable, and expense reports.
• Support the compilation and review of financial data for monthly cost reports and project forecasting.
• Help maintain accurate digital financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to payroll and cost control tracking.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to help reconcile subcontractor and vendor accounts.
