The Intern / Co-op term is from June to June, 2026 to 2027. Full time requirement (40 hours per week). PURPOSE Reporting to the Finance People Leader, this role supports the organization from a finance control standpoint. The Finance Co‑Op will utilize financial and general business knowledge to provide analysis and support across areas such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, SOX cycles, and Inventory-related accounts. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world finance operations within a global organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing in Major or masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong academic standing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external financial audits
  • Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare Business vs. Actuals reports
  • Provide financial analysis and support related to P&L, Balance Sheet, SOX cycles, and Inventory accounts
  • Maintain and update transition binders
  • Support record retention activities
  • Assist the team with ad hoc finance requests
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
