About The Position

This Co-Op program offers meaningful, real-world experience where you’ll apply classroom knowledge, build professional networks, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams and global operations — while experiencing VB Spine’s unique culture and mission-driven environment. This is a paid Co-Op position. Compensation is competitive and based on academic standing and relevant experience. The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $30.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and program guidelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• Proven leadership potential and business acumen
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze accounting statements and reports to support the preparation of financial statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation
• Perform account reconciliations as assigned
• Conduct data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and variance analysis
• Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, documentation, and internal controls
• Help maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external requests
• Communicate effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance team
