About The Position

This position reports to the Director of Finance, providing support related to travel arrangement and reimbursement processing, ensuring travel expenses stay within allocated budgets and meet state and federal guidelines and allowances, and coordinating with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in office administration or related field, or 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build client relationships requiring strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time while prioritizing tasks across multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in PeopleSoft Financials preferred

Responsibilities

  • Processing of accounts payable, including travel, expert witness, and witness fee allotment claims
  • Ensuring each employee has proper vendor ID for reimbursements
  • Preparing and reviewing deposits – i.e., accounts receivable
  • Compiling various annual program reports - i.e., prosecution assessments, witness fee reports
  • Booking travel arrangements upon request
  • Providing training and assistance regarding travel and witness fees policies
  • Assisting Finance Director as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
