Ideal candidates will utilize and further develop technical and soft skills (i.e., communication), business knowledge, analytical techniques, and creative problem-solving abilities. Assignments are carried out in a variety of work environments within Abbott's Cancer Diagnostics division, including corporate and operating unit locations, laboratories, and support function sites, where interns will interact with various finance co-workers and business partners. Abbott's Cancer Diagnostics business offers these interns an opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including: Financial Planning & Analysis Logistics/Supply Chain Finance Corporate Initiatives/Projects Intern assignments will be located onsite at Abbott Cancer Diagnostics office in Madison, WI

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting related discipline
  • Before graduation, planning to complete a minimum of 3 accounting classes (one 3-4 credit hour accounting course must be cost accounting)
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
