The Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global players in the materials management sector. Through our scalable platform solutions, we overcome challenges in consumer goods and material take-backs worldwide and connect all stakeholders within the reverse logistics value chain. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in University or College and working towards a degree or diploma in Business, Environmental Studies or Economics.
  • Educational experience in math, accounting, economics and/or business would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of the environmental services sector would be an asset.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Highly organized.
  • Competent when working independently, and on a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the finance team as an analyst, assisting with reporting and day-to-day financial activities.
  • Conduct research to support updates to strategic business plans across multiple business lines.
  • Assist the mergers and acquisitions team with research and analysis.
  • Perform data entry and support invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) through business line performance analysis.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Power BI reports to enhance data insights, process efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Support administrative and operational activities.
