About The Position

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) serves as the primary financial advisor to the Global Engineering leadership team. This role is responsible for driving financial transparency, resource optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning across global engineering operations, ensuring alignment between technology investments and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Finance Business Partner, FP&A, Engineering Controlling, or R&D Finance experience
• Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, technology, or engineering-intensive industry experience
• Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) expertise.
• Ability to influence senior engineering leaders.
• Understanding of engineering, R&D, and product development environments.
• Advanced financial modeling and business case development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
