About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Finance Business Partner in Peachtree City, GA with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, is the world leader in lighting. As a Finance Business Partner you’ll be responsible for co-managing the business, supporting our Connected Buildings and Connected Segments. Partner with Businesss Leaders including Product Management and Marketing leaders to drive growth and profitability. Conduct financial analysis on sales, pricing, margins, and business performance. Support financial evaluation of new product launches and capital investment decisions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities. Build data-driven insights and recommendations using Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, profitability, and business performance drivers.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and partnership with cross-functional leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting forecasting, planning, and business decision-making.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
