Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
- Demonstrated ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership, executives, and governing boards
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital and operational leaders, helping guide financial decisions that support organizational success.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
- Lead the development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and Board-level review.
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Decision Support, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organization.
- Support organizational initiatives, service line growth, and operational improvement efforts through data-driven analysis.
- Serve as a key financial resource on cross-functional committees and strategic projects.
- Partner closely with hospital leadership, operational teams, and finance professionals across the health system.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support organizational growth, innovation, and performance.
