About The Position

The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and strategic decision-support across multiple business units. This role partners closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver insights that drive performance, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passionate about Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
  • A big thinker who embraces vision, growth, and bold aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including month-end reporting and financial reconciliations.
  • Ensure all financial information is accurate, consistent, and compliant with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Participate in audit engagements and compliance requirements, including the IFRS transition.
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Support business leaders with data-driven decision-making on pricing, budgeting, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Challenge and influence key business decisions to ensure alignment with financial objectives and long-term growth.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Support cost-control initiatives and efficiency-improvement efforts.
  • Provide financial input into strategic planning, operational reviews, and project assessments.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance-analysis processes.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports covering key financial metrics, trends, and drivers.
