The Financial Analyst position is directly responsible for monitoring and oversight of case services transactions totaling over $55 million annually. The Accountability section provides financial management and oversight, budget development and implementation, and resource acquisition and management for the Divisions of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Specific areas include budget management, cash management, federal reporting, case services payment oversight, financial monitoring, financial technical assistance to stakeholders, contracting and procurement of goods and services. The section strives for efficiency and accountability in the administration of services to help people with disabilities find employment and remain in the community. This position located in Raleigh provides the chance to exercise business skills while working in an environment where what you do matters to the people we serve.
