Requirements

  • Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear executive-level insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of financial systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance or system implementation projects end-to-end.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-entity or operationally complex environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review, enhancement and improve financial processes and reporting through hands-on recommendations for enhancements to speed, accuracy, quality and efficiency.
  • Review, challenge, and validate assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions.
  • Provide project management, leadership, and hands-on implementation support for strategic initiatives including: New Accounting System Implementation rollout and support, Concur implementation organization rollout and support and other operational and financial process efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Own project scoping, requirements gathering, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Map current-state and future-state processes and document workflows, controls, and assumptions.
  • Perform implementation heavy lifting including data validation, testing, reconciliation, cutover planning, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training to support successful adoption.
  • Provide post-go-live hyper-care support and conduct post-implementation and post-mortem reviews.
  • Own assigned financial close responsibility areas and ensure complete and accurate period-end cut-off and close within established deadlines.
  • Create and update accurate system, processes and user documentation for all systems managed and updated.
  • Support ad hoc responsibilities and additional projects as assigned in the normal course of business.
  • Cross-train and act as vacation relief for others as required.
