About The Position

Reporting to Senior Manager, the Finance Associate, this is a high-growth opportunity for a motivated professional to join our finance team. The Finance Associate will be a key contributor across a variety of financial functions, playing a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our daily operations. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles, eager to learn and develop a broad range of skills in a fast-paced environment. This role will be located at the regional head office in Tucson, Arizona.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) or a willingness to learn quickly.
Must be able to prove that he/she has a current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist with the onboarding of new vendors, manage vendor inquiries, and help maintain accurate vendor and contract records.
Support daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.
Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close activities.
Help gather and analyze financial data to support internal reporting and provide insights to leadership.
Identify and propose solutions to streamline financial processes.
