Requirements

  • A recent bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Mathematics, or a related field — or comparable analytical experience in a professional setting. Upcoming graduates will be considered.
  • Strong comfort working with numbers, financial concepts, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients and referral partners quickly
  • A self-starter mentality — organized, dependable, coachable, and genuinely motivated to perform
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and residential real estate investors across the country, working from a steady stream of company-generated leads
  • Evaluate financing opportunities and collaborate with senior team members to structure private lending solutions tailored to each borrower's investment strategy
  • Maintain a well-organized, active pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring every deal and every relationship gets the attention it deserves
  • Communicate professionally and consistently across multiple channels — phone, email, and video — with clients, brokers, and partners at every stage of a transaction
  • Develop working knowledge of credit and risk evaluation as it applies to residential investment properties, including fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and refinance scenarios
  • Hit individual production targets while actively contributing to a team culture built around accountability, collaboration, and shared wins
  • Continuously sharpen your skills in deal structuring, sales strategy, and mortgage operations through hands-on training with seasoned industry professionals
